1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Neurosurgical Retractor Set With Spatulas And Associated Equipment For The Specialist Municipal Hospital. M. Copernicus University In Toruń. The Offered Set Will Be Compatible With The Doro Skull Clamp Owned By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Full Service Including Transport, Delivery, Carrying And Handing Over The Complete Retractor Set To The Ordering Party. After Delivering The Equipment, The Contractor Will Perform Its Assembly And Mechanical Configuration. The Commissioning Will Include Checking The Correctness Of Installation. In Addition, The Contractor Will Train Medical Staff On The Operation And Safe Use Of The Set And Will Provide Warranty Service During The Warranty Period.1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Also Constitutes An Assortment And Price Form. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Authorized For Trading And Use In Accordance With The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices, Regulation Eu 2017/745 On Medical Devices.
