Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of A Fire Communication System Between The Main And Field Monitoring Centers And Adaptation To Communication With External Service Units During Crisis Operations

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of All-In-One Videoconferencing Sets With Interactive 4K Monitors With A Diagonal Of 65 To 86 Inches, Intended For Operation In The Main And Field Fire Monitoring Centers. The Order Includes The Delivery Of Complete Hardware Sets With Accessories Enabling Full Integration Of The Visual And Audio Communication System In Conference Rooms, Including In Particular: Interactive 4K Monitors, Sound Systems, Microphones, Cameras, Control Panels And Modules Enabling Wired And Wireless Content Sharing. The Devices Must Have Native Support For The Microsoft Teams Rooms Environment, Which Will Ensure Full Integration With The Microsoft 365 (Teams) Platform And Allow For Central Management And Administration Of The Videoconferencing System. The System Should Enable Immediate Video And Voice Communication Between The Main And Field Monitoring Units, Sharing And Presenting Content In Real Time, As Well As Handling Crisis Meetings With The Participation Of External Services. The Implementation Of The Order Is Aimed At Ensuring A Coherent, Reliable And Safe Communication Infrastructure That Will Support Activities Related To The Coordination Of Tasks In Crisis Situations And Cooperation With Units Of External Services. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. Wherever The Swz And Its Annexes Contain Terms Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Assumed That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent, And The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Contractors Offering Equivalent Products, Materials Or Devices. 3. Wherever The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, It Is Assumed That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent, And The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 4. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.5. If The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party May Not Reject The Offer Only Because The Offered Supplies Are Not Consistent With The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which T
