1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Neurosurgical Endoscope Of The Ventriculoscope Type With A Set Of Tools For The Specialist Municipal Hospital. M. Copernicus University In Toruń. The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Complete Endoscopic Set For Neurosurgery, Including A Ventriculoscope With A Compatible Set Of Tools And Accessories Necessary To Perform Diagnostic And Surgical Procedures Within The Ventricles Of The Brain. The Equipment Is To Be Brand New, Complete And Approved For Use In The Eu. The Contractor Will Provide Staff Training In The Use Of The Set, Including A Theoretical And Practical Part, Carried Out At The Ordering Partys Premises Within The Agreed Date. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Provide Full Service, Including Inspections, Repairs, Replacement Of Parts And Technical Support, At No Additional Costs To The Ordering Party.1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Also Constitutes An Assortment And Price Form. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Authorized For Trading And Use In Accordance With The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices, Regulation Eu 2017/745 On Medical Devices.
