The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Services Consisting In The Preparation, Delivery, Packaging And Serving Of A One-Course Hot Meal (With A Caloric Value Of At Least 800-900 Calories) At 2 Points Made Available By The Contractor In The City Of Olkusz For Approximately 25 People Covered By This Form Of Assistance By The Social Welfare Center In Olkusz In The Period From Signing The Contract, I.E. From January 2, 2026. Until December 31, 2026. We Reserve The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Number Of People Fed By 10. The Ordering Party Does Not Guarantee How Many People Will Benefit From The Hot Meal And During What Period. The Target Number Of Meals Cannot Be Determined Precisely, Because During The Contractual Period It Depends On The Number Of People Who Are Entitled To Such A Meal, And Their Number During The Year Is Variable, I.E. It Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Should Provide Staff To Serve The Meals. Meals Should Be Transported In Thermos Flasks Ensuring Proper Protection And Temperature, And By Means Of Transport Adapted To Transport This Type Of Loads. The List Of People Qualified For Feeding Will Be Provided To The Contractor Two Days Before The Start Of The Meals. Meals Will Be Served From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays, From... From 1 P.M. To 3 P.M. The Contractor Will Prepare Meals (In Accordance With The Principles Of Hygiene And Rational Nutrition Specified In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended) Together With The Implementing Provisions Of This Act. The Standards For Nutrients And Food Products Specified By The Institute Of Nutrition Must Be Strictly Observed. And Food. The Meals Must Be Prepared Under The Supervision Of The Contractors Dietitian In Cooperation With The Sanitary And Epidemiological Station. The Contractor Will Prepare And Deliver Meals While Maintaining Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements Regarding Staff And Production Conditions And Will Take Responsibility For Compliance With Them.
