The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 7 Point 28 Of The Public Procurement Law, Consisting In Providing Insurance Coverage To The Ordering Party In The Scope Of: 1) Tort And Contractual Civil Liability Insurance For Property And Business Activity (Third Party Liability Insurance); 2) Property Insurance: Property (Any) Owned By The Ordering Party And Purchased During The Insurance Period, Which Belong To The Policyholder Or Are In His Possession On The Basis Of Any Legal Titles (Ar, Eei, Cargo); 3) Motor Vehicle Insurance (Oc, Ac, Nnw). The Scope, Size And Terms Of Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Annexes To This Swz, In Particular In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Material Scope Of The Contract).
