Task No. 1 - Purchase Of All-In-One Computers - 6 Pieces1. General Requirements1.1. Unless Otherwise Stated, All Provisions Of The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Containing Technical Parameters Should Be Read As Minimum Parameters.1.2. The Supplied Equipment And Software Must Be Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Fully Functional, Cannot Be Encumbered With Rights Of Third Parties, Components Should Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel. Physical Defect Also Means Any Non-Compliance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.1.3. The Supplied Equipment Must Have Cabling, Power Supplies And All Other Components Ensuring Proper Installation, Startup And Use In A Typical Environment, E.G. Power Cords And Power Supply, Handles.1.4. The Equipment Must Be Equipped With All Standard Software Solutions Necessary For Its Operation And Ensuring The Required Functionalities Of The Equipment, Along With The Right For The Ordering Party To Use These Solutions In Such A Function Indefinitely, But In Each Case Not Shorter Than For The Time During Which It Will Be Technically Possible To Use The Equipment.2. Delivery Organization2.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Within The Hours Agreed With The Ordering Party.2.2. Devices And Their Components Must Be Marked By The Manufacturer In Such A Way That Both The Product And The Manufacturer Can Be Identified.2.3. The Devices Must Be Delivered To The Ordering Party In Original Factory Packaging. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Task No. 1 Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz
