Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity With Distribution Services For The Jeleniewo Commune In 2026.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity With Distribution Services In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended) For The Needs Of The Jeleniewo Commune Together With Organizational Units In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. The Ordering Party, In As Part Of The Public Procurement Procedure, Operates Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 37 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Organizational Units Of The Jeleniewo Commune Indicated In The Proceedings Documentation.2. The Order Also Includes The Settlement Of Electricity Introduced Into The Dso Network By The Ordering Party - A Prosumer, Generated In Micro-Installations (Photovoltaic Installations) Listed In Annex No. 2 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Along With Providing The Service Of Receiving And Transmitting This Electricity.3. The Total Estimated Electricity Consumption [Mwh] In The Period 01/01/2026 - 31/12/2026 Is 224,654 Mwh. This Quantity Is Indicative, Used To Compare Offers And In No Case Constitutes An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Given Quantity. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Collect The Expected Maximum Amount Of Energy By The Ordering Party. Any Change In The Expected Estimated Consumption Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Settlement For The Actual Amount Of Energy Consumed According To The Prices Specified In The Contractors Offer.4. At The Time Of Commencement Of Electricity Supply, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have A Current Contract For The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services For A Comprehensive Service (Gud-K For Short) With The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Dso For Short), Enabling The Sale Of Electricity Via The Dsos Distribution Network To The Ordering Partys Facilities.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With A List Of Units With The Characteristics Of The Facilities And Their Energy Consumption Points Is Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.6. For Energy Consumption Points With Photovoltaic Installations Listed In Annex 2 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Is A Prosumer And This Status Will Also Be Maintained During The Duration Of The Contract.7. The Ordering Party Informs That The Distribution Parameters - In Particular The Contracted Capacity And Tariff Group - Are Consistent With Current Distribution Agreements And Documents Confirming The Possibility Of Providing Distribution Services, Issued By The Relevant Dso. 8. When Describing The Subject Matter Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
