As Part Of The Design Work, In The First Stage, A Design Concept Should Be Prepared Containing Solutions In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Taking Into Account The Terrain Conditions In The Area In Question, I.E. The Width Of The Existing Road Plots. The Concept Should Include The Following Elements:4.1. Two-Way Road,4.2. Drainage: Storm Sewage System, Drainage Ditch, 4.3. Street Lighting Design,4.4. Reconstruction Of Existing Exits, 4.5. Reconstruction/Securing Of Existing Road Infrastructure In Accordance With The Technical Conditions Obtained By The Contractor From Network Operators.5. Additional Requirements:5.1. The Contractor Of The Design Documentation Is Responsible For The Quality, Reliability, Compliance With Applicable Regulations, Standards, Guidelines And Instructions, Modernity And Economy Of The Solutions Used.5.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Permits, Decisions And Arrangements Necessary To Carry Out The Works And Will Make Any Necessary Changes In The Studies Resulting From Them.
