The Number Of Hours Given Above Is An Estimated Number Based On Data From 2025, Calculated On The Basis Of Care Services Provided To The Ordering Partys Clients And Is Intended To Enable Comparison Of Offers Submitted By Contractors. The Estimated Size Of The Order Includes Services Provided In 2025. In The Field Of Behavioral Therapy, Speech Therapy, Pedagogical Therapy And Exercise Therapy, Of Which 3/4 Of All Recipients Were People Suffering From Autism. A Therapeutic Hour Is 60 Minutes. The Individual Scope Of Services, Number Of Hours, Time Of Day And Period Of Provision Of Specialized Care Services Will Result From The Arrangements Made Between The Social Worker, The Client And The Contractor. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Additional Activities Not Listed Above, Depending On The Specific Needs Of The Client. The Number Of Hours And People Covered By The Services May Change And Cannot Be Determined Precisely Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Variability Of Customer Needs Due To Their Changing Health Condition, Therefore The Ordering Party Reserves That It Will Not Bear Any Liability If Only Part Of The Above-Mentioned Hours Of The Subject Of The Order Is Completed Depending On The Amount Of Funds Available In The Financial Year And Depending On The Needs Resulting From The Change.
