The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Tylmanowa, Generated As A Result Of The Municipal Sewage Treatment Process (Within The Meaning Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste) In 2026, I.E.: 1) Excess Sludge In Semi-Dry Form (Waste Code: 19 08 05) - Estimated Quantity: Approximately 1020 Mg;2) Screenings (Waste Code: 19 08 01) - Estimated Quantity: Approximately 12 Mg 3) Content Of Sand Traps (Waste Code: 19 08 02) - Estimated Quantity: Approximately 22 Mg2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Ongoing/Successive Collection, Transport And Management Of Sewage Sludge, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations, In Particular: 1) The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste;2) The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Ensure The Collection Of Sludge At The Frequency And In Quantities Indicated By The Ordering Party, Ensuring The Ongoing Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant. 1) The Frequency Of Sludge Collection From Containers Placed In The Storage Area Must Be Successive To Prevent The Containers From Overflowing. 2) The Service Will Be Provided Upon Request, No Less Than Twice A Month.3) The Service Provider Is Obliged To Secure, At Its Own Expense, Containers For Collecting The Above-Mentioned Waste At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Tylmanowa And To Transport Waste - With Dimensions And Technical Properties Consistent With Applicable Legal Regulations.4) The Service Provider Is Obliged To Transport And Neutralize Waste In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Law And Document These Activities On An Ongoing Basis.5) Payment For The Services Provided By The Service Provider Will Be Made On A Monthly Basis - After Proper Performance Of The Service And Delivery Of A Complete Set Of Documents To The Ordering Partys Office. 6) Waste Collection From The Ordering Party Will Take Place On Business Days From Monday To Friday, From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. The Ordering Party And The Contractor Allow Waste To Be Collected On Other Days And Hours, In Justified Cases, After Prior Arrangement Of The Exact Date Between The Parties.
