The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase Of An Agricultural Tractor As Part Of Task 2.1.1 Construction And Modernization Of Warehouses And Retrofitting Storage Bases With Equipment Necessary To Carry Out Tasks In Crisis Situations, Disasters, Mass Events, Large-Scale Events, Violent Atmospheric Phenomena, Cbrn Threats And During War. The Ordering Party Informs That The Subject Of The Order Is Being Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled: Retrofitting The Volunteer Fire Department Units And Municipal Services Of The Commune And City Of Nisko In Equipment For Rescue And Crisis Operations. Development Of Design Documentation For A Warehouse Building With The Necessary Infrastructure Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 For The Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Contract Award Procedure Pursuant To Article 310 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Are Not Granted.2. Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E.: Municipal Buildings And Urban Greenery Board In Nisko Ul. Chopina 31A, 37-400 Nisko.3. The Item Of Delivery Must Be Brand New, Of Full Value, Consistent Or Equivalent In Terms Of Quality (Or Better), Aesthetics, Functionality And Safety, Meeting The Technical And Quantitative Requirements Described In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Equipment Without Defects And Without Traces Of Use And Mechanical Damage. The Delivery Item Must Be Delivered Complete, Ready To Work In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, Without Any Additional Purchases.4. By Submitting An Offer In This Procedure, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide A Minimum 2-Year (24-Month) Warranty Period And A 2-Year (24-Month) Warranty Period From The Date Of Receipt By The Ordering Party For The Completed Subject Of The Order. At The Same Time, Extension Of The Above-Mentioned Periods Is Possible. In Such A Case, Declaring A Longer Period Will Result In Appropriate Points In The Offer Evaluation Criteria, In Accordance With The Provisions Of This Tor.5.
