The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal (Towing) Of Vehicles From The Roads Of The Pruszków District Pursuant To Art. 130A Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 22, 2011 On The Removal Of Vehicles The Use Of Which May Threaten The Safety Or Order Of Road Traffic Or Hinder Rescue Operations Or The Operation Of A Guarded Parking Lot For The Above-Mentioned. Vehicles And Transferring Vehicles For Disassembly Or Dismantling Vehicles For Which The Court Has Ordered Forfeiture To The District.
