The Quantities Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Were Determined On The Basis Of The Needs And The Actual Value Of Orders Awarded During The Previous 6 Months, Taking Into Account Orders From The Last 12 Months, And Will Be Used To Compare And Evaluate Offers.
