The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Brand New Equipment Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025/2026 - Purchase Of A Field Kitchen To Supply 150 People: With Minimum Requirements: A) Boilers - Min. 4 Pieces Of Different Capacity Made Of Acid-Resistant Steel, B) Fireplace - Min. 2: For Solid Fuel (Wood Or Coal) And Crude Oil Or Gasoline, C) Water Heater, D) Built-In Tank (E.G. 60-80 L) For Heating Oil / Diesel, E) Power Generator For Powering Burners, Lighting, Auxiliary Devices, F) One- Or Two-Axle Transport Structure With Spare Wheels, Tow Hook, G) Sink - A Portable Or Kitchen-Mounted Tank For Clean Water And A Tank For Water Dirty / Drain; Board For Washing Dishes; Cleaning Products,I) Kitchen Accessories: Ladles, Roasting Pans, Grates, Spatulas, Lids, Pots) And A Large Tent On A Frame Placed Next To The Field Kitchen As A Service Zone, Fireproof Or At Least Flame Retardant Material.2. In The Case Of Using Materials, Devices, Products Or Equivalent Solutions Within The Meaning Of Art. 99 Section 5 Or Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer, Technical Sheets Or Other Documents Confirming That The Offered Offer/Equivalent Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Subject Of The Order. If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Above-Mentioned Documents Or The Submitted Documents Will Be Incomplete (Thus Not Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offer In The Scope Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order). The Ordering Party Will Not Request Their Submission/Supplementation.3. During The Execution Of The Contract, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present Safety Signs For The Indicated Materials, A Declaration Of Conformity Or Technical Approval Or A Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Transposing European Standards Or A Standard Of The Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing This Standard Or Other Standards Or Documents, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law.
