1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Cleaning And Maintenance Service: A) In The Building Of The Culture And Art Center In Kalisz, Ul. Łazienna 6 With An Area Of 1,809 M2.B) In The Radio Centrum Building In Kalisz, Ul. Częstochowska 12 With An Area Of 248.57 M2, A Detailed Description Of Which, Individual Elements And Comments Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.2. The Service Of Maintaining The Cleanliness Of Rooms Consists Of Daily Cleaning Of Office Rooms, Auditoriums, Study Halls, Conference Rooms, Dressing Rooms, Toilets, Study Rooms, Communication Routes, Cloakrooms, Twice A Year Washing Of Windows, Washing Of Lighting Lamps, Washing And Care Of Communication Routes (Corridors, Staircases - Marble, Ceramic And Pvc Surface In The Ckis Building, Terrazzo In Radio Centrum), Cleaning Of Floors And Care Of The Marble Floor On The Ground Floor Of The Ckis Building Using A Cleaning And Collecting Device.3. All Work Should Be Performed In A Way That Is Least Burdensome For The Facilitys Users.4. The Contractor Will Execute The Order In Compliance With Applicable Occupational Health And Safety Regulations.5. The Contractor Is Required To Be Available And To Adapt The Working Time To Provide The Service, Especially On Days Off, Sundays And Holidays, To The Needs Of The Ordering Party.6. The List Of Areas And The Detailed Scope Of Work Are Specified In Annex No. 5 To Swz.7. The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conclude An Order Execution Contract With The Ordering Party - The Template Is Attached As Annex 4 To Swz 8. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have Experience In The Daily Care Of Marble Floors. 9. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have A Third Party Liability Insurance Policy For The Amount Indicated In The Contract Template For The Duration Of The Order.10. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Directly Performing Cleaning Activities Throughout The Entire Period Of Contract Implementation, Taking Into Account The Principles Contained In The Draft Contract.
