Tenders Are Invited For Carrying Out Conservation And Restoration Works On The Tree Stand Located In The Palace And Park Complex In Sitno, Including Cleaning Works

1. The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Conservation And Restoration (Care) Work In Tree Crowns, B) And Cutting Down Trees That Are In Poor Health.2. The Ordering Party Declares That It Has The Right To Dispose Of The Area Where The Above Works Will Be Performed, I.E. The Property Located In Sitno 116 In The Lublin Voivodeship, Zamość Poviat, Sitno Commune, Plot No. 1110/8, 1110/9, 1110/10, To The Extent Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Contract,3. A Necessary Condition For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is To Manage The Works In The Tree Crowns, Or To Perform Them Independently, By A Person Who Meets The Requirements Referred To In Art. 37B Of The Act Of July 23, 2003 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments (Journal Of Laws 2024.1292, Vol.). Contractors With Appropriate Equipment May Participate In The Subject Of The Order.4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 52 Section 2 Of The Nature Protection Act In Relation To Wild Animals Under Species Protection (Journal Of Laws 2024.1478, Consolidated Text), Pursuant To The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of December 16, 2016 On The Protection Of Animal Species. During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Know And Comply With The Provisions Contained In All Legal Regulations In The Field Of Nature And Environmental Protection.5. The Above Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Conditions And Technical Details Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And In The Important Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 3 To The Swz.6. Additionally, The Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Attached To The Swz - Inventory Of Park Trees Together With A Program Of Conservation Works On The Property Located In Sitno From November/December 2022, In Accordance With The Decision Of The Lublin Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Of March 9, 2023, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement.7. In Addition, The Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Attached To The Swz - Update Of The Inventory Of Park Trees Together With The Program Of Conservation Works On The Property Located In Sitno From July/August 2025, In Accordance With The Decision Of The Lublin Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Of October 22, 2025, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement.8. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Included In The Important Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Constitute Appendix No. 3 To The Swz, And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Appendix No. 1 To The Swz.
