The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Demolition Of The Existing Auditorium Together With The Foundations And The Construction Of A New Auditorium Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Wiśniowa Góra.2. The Auditorium Is An Integral Part Of The Functioning Municipal Cultural Center In Wiśniowa Góra, At 64.3 Tuszyńska Street. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annexes No. 11 To No. 17:1) Annex No. 11 - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order 2) Annex No. 12 - Technical Design Of Gok - 2Nd Stage3) Annex No. 13 - Interior Design Design4) Annex No. 14 - Acoustic Design5) Annex No. 15 - Replacement Ventilation Design6) Annex No. 16 - Stwiorb7) Annex No. 17 - Bills Of Quantities4. The Entire Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Carrying Out All Construction Works In Accordance With The Scope Of The Order Based On The Design Documentation And All Preparatory Works Necessary To Complete The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And Performing All Activities Required By Law, Necessary To Obtain An Occupancy Permit.2) Carrying Out The Required Tests And Required Trials To The Extent Necessary To Put Into Operation All Elements, Including Devices Covered By The Project.3) Construction Of The Necessary Networks Related To This Construction, Including Obtaining All Documents Needed To Obtain A Decision Authorizing The Use Of The Facility.4) Delivery And Installation Of The Required Equipment Covered By The Order.5. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Secondary To The Design Documentation, They Contain A List Of Expected Works In Order To Illustrate The Scale Of Construction And Make It Easier For Contractors To Estimate The Costs Of Implementing The Investment. The Bill Of Quantities Has An Auxiliary Function.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Its Own Water And Electricity Supply To The Extent Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate And Make The Construction Site Available To The Ordering Party And Other Entities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Investment Promotion, I.E. Preparing The Necessary Photographic Documentation And Placing The Necessary Information Boards.8. The Ordering Party Reserves That Wherever Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or Detailed Processes That Characterize Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, European Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications, Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law - The Ordering Party Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc.
