1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development And Preparation Of A Local Spatial Development Plan For The Ogrodzieniec Commune For Selected Areas - Hereinafter Referred To As The Plan, Together With The Entire Planning Procedure. The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare For The Ordering Party A Complete Draft Of The Local Spatial Development Plan For The Ogrodzieniec Commune For Selected Areas, Enabling Its Adoption In The Form Of A Resolution Of The City Council And In Accordance With Resolution No. Xxiii/188/2025 Of October 28, 2025 On The Commencement Of Preparation Of The Local Spatial Development Plan For The Ogrodzieniec Commune For Selected Areas.2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With: 1) The Provisions Of Resolution No. Xxiii/188/2025 Of October 28, 2025 On The Commencement Of Preparation Of The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Ogrodzieniec Commune For Selected Areas; 2) Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular: A) The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development, Hereinafter Referred To As The Act U.P.Z.P., B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 17, 2021 On The Required Scope Of The Draft Local Spatial Development Plan, C) Act Of October 3, 2008, On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments, D) Other Provisions Resulting From The Relevant Legal Acts Relating To The Subject Of The Order, Including: Regarding Environmental Protection, Protection Of Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads.3) Taking Into Account Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Current Court Decisions Regarding Spatial Development.3. The Contractors Obligations Will Include In Particular The Following Scope (Substantive And Formal And Legal): 1) In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act On Public Procurement Law. Preparation Of: A) Templates Of Announcements, Notices And Apportionments At Each Stage Requiring The Participation Of The Public And Statutory Bodies; B) Preparation Of Draft Resolutions Of Submitted Applications, Comments And The Manner Of Taking Into Account The Submitted Opinions; C) Development Of The Draft Text And Drawing Of The Plan/Draft Texts And Drawings Of Plans; D) Preparation Of The Forecast Of The Environmental Impact Of The Provisions Of The Draft Plan; E) Preparation Of The Forecast Of The Financial Consequences Of Adopting The Local Spatial Development Plan; F) Justification For The Draft Plan Referred To In Art. 15 Section 1 Of The Act, G) Cooperation With The Ordering Party And Participation In The Presentation Of The Plan As Part Of Social Consultations; H) Participation In Working Meetings And Meetings Of The Municipal Urban Planning And Architectural Commission, City Council Committees Regarding The Presentation Of The Draft Local Plan And During Sessions Of
