1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Diesel Oil To Tanks Located At The Equipment Base. The Supply Of Diesel Fuel Will Be Based On A Contract.2. The Contractor Guarantees That The Fuel Sold Will Meet The Requirements: A) The Ordering Party Requires That The Fuels Sold Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1314, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of March 25, 2010 On Quality Testing Methods Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 247, As Amended) And In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Standards. B) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Supply Fuel In Accordance With The Act Of August 19, 2011 On The Transport Of Dangerous Goods ((Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2147, As Amended)) C) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Supply Fuel To Tanks, Using Means Of Transport That Meet The Standards Provided For In Environmental Protection Regulations. D) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have A License Referred To In Art. 32 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended) For Conducting Business Activities In The Field Of Trading In Liquid Fuels, Issued By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office. E) The Fuel Should Comply With The Adopted Polish Standards And Have A Certificate3. The Order Size Is Approximately 30,000 Liters, I.E. Approximately 10 Deliveries, Deliveries Of Approximately 3,000 Liters Each. Fuel Delivery Will Be Carried Out Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party.4. The Given Amount Of Purchased Fuel Is A Forecast Value And May Change.5. The Delivery Time Is Up To 3 Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party.6.
