The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of 5 Power Generators As Part Of The Task Purchase And Retrofitting Of Special Protection And Storage Bases With Equipment Necessary To Carry Out Tasks In Crisis Situations, Disasters, Mass Events, Large-Scale Events, Violent Atmospheric Phenomena, Cbrn Threats And During War, Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies Of Drinking Water, Energy And Fuel In Order To Strengthen The Population Protection And Civil Defense System In The Wieliczka Commune. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025–2026, Under Area 2: Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 5 Power Generators (2 Type A Generators With A Capacity Of 100 Kv, And 3 Type B Generators With A Capacity Of 65 Kv), A Detailed Description Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. The Offered Products Of The Order Must Meet All The Features Specified In The Swz, Be Brand New, Delivered With A Set Of Operating Fluids And A Set Of Accessories Necessary For Startup And Operation Until The Manufacturers First Service Without Any Additional Purchases. Moreover, All Offered Units Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Free From Third Party Rights And Cannot Be The Subject Of Any Proceedings Or Security. 4. Supplementary Requirements - General: 4.1) The Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Quantitative And Qualitative Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. 4.2) Equipment Servicing By The Contractor During The Warranty Period.4.3) The Ordering Party Requires That All Offered Products Come From One Manufacturer.4.4) The Complete Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered With All Required Documents To The Indicated Place: Crisis Management Office Of The City And Commune Office In Wieliczka, Ul.
