1. Name Of The Task: Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E For Organizational Units Of Wołowski County.2. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Delivery Including The Purchase And Provision Of Gas Fuel Distribution Services In The Form Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E For The Following Organizational Units: Organizational Units Of Wołowo County: 1) District Office In Wołowo, Pl. Piastowski 2, 56-100 Wołów,2) Complex Of Special Schools And Educational Institutions In Wołów, Ul. Inwalidów Wojennych 10, 56-100 Wołów,3) District Family Assistance Center In Wołów, Ul. Inwalidów Wojennych 24, 56-100 Wołów,4) Secondary School Named After Nicolaus Copernicus In Wołów, Pl. Jana Iii Sobieskiego 2, 56-100 Wołów,5) Complex Of Resocialization Facilities In Brzeg Dolny, Ul. 1 Maja 21, 56-120 Brzeg Dolny,6) Vocational School Complex In Wołów, Ul. Spacerowa 1, 56 – 100 Wołów7) Vocational And Continuing Education Center In Wołów, Ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 27, 56 – 100 Wołów,8) Social Care And Education Facility In Wołów Ul. T. Kościuszki 27, 56 - 100 Wołów. The Contractor Is Obliged To Issue Separate Invoices For Each Of The Above-Mentioned Organizational Units. 3. Expected Number: 11 Gas Consumption Points - In Accordance With Annex No. 5 To Swz.4. The Total Amount Of Gaseous Fuel That Will Be Delivered During The Term Of The Contract To The Consumption Points Specified In Annex No. 5 Is Estimated At 2,740,983 Kwh. The Above Gas Volume Value Is An Estimated Value And May Change Within +/-20% Of The Basic Volume Specified In The Previous Sentence. In The Event Of A Difference Between The Planned And Actual Consumption, The Contractor Will Not Pursue Financial Claims Other Than Those Resulting From The Amount Of Gas Consumed And The Transmission Service In Accordance With The Applicable Tariff Of The Distribution System Operator.5. The Subject Of The Order Is Detailed In The Appendix To The Swz: Attachment No. 4 (Important Provisions Of The Contract) And Attachment No. 5 (List Of The Employers Facilities).6. The Ordering Party Informs That For All Consumption Points, The Possible Procedure For Changing The Gas Fuel Supplier Will Be Carried Out Once Again.7. The Current Comprehensive Agreement Is Valid Until December 31, 2025. 8. The Agreement Will Be Concluded For The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 20269. The Condition For Commencement Of Deliveries On The Date Indicated In Point 8 Is The Expiry Of The Applicable Contracts And The Successful Completion Of The Seller Change Procedure.10. Declarations Regarding The Intended Use Of The Purchased Gas For Excise Tax Purposes Will Be Provided To The Contractor When Signing The Contracts. 11. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order.12. The Contractor Should Have A Current Contract With The Distribution System Operator (Unless He Is An Operator Himself), Operating On The Premises Of The Ordering Party And Enabling The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel Via
