3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Radio Server, Terminals And Radiotelephones For The Consel Dispatch System Owned By The Ordering Party, A Voice Communication System Using Ip Technology, Enabling The Operation Of Mobile Devices With Android And Ios Systems In The Poip Mode (Ptt Over Ip).3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 1 To Swz.3.3. Any Indication Of Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Places Of Origin In The Content Of The Documents Attached To This Swz Only Determines The Preferred Quality And The Level Of Technical And/Or Functional And Operational Parameters In Which The Ordering Party Is Interested. They Should Be Understood To Include The Words Or Equivalent.3.4. The Term Equivalence Means Offering Devices Or Materials Having:3.4.1. At Least The Same Features (I.E. Functional And Operational Properties) As Those Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz;3.4.2. Technical Parameters At A Level At Least As Indicated By The Ordering Party (In This Respect, The Ordering Party Also Allows Solutions Better Than Those Described By Him, In Particular Resulting From The Modernization Of The Technological Production Line).3.5. Wherever References To Specific Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Are Made In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, They Shall Be Understood To Include The Words Or Equivalent.3.6. Each Contractor Submitting An Equivalent Offer Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Content Of Its Offer That The Subject Of The Contract Offered By It Meets The Requirements And Technical And/Or Functional And Operational Parameters Specified In The Swz, Or Provides Better Solutions Than Those Described. The Equivalence Condition Will Be Considered Met If The Equipment Offered By The Contractor Meets All The Parameters Specified In The Minimum Requirements Defined For Individual System Elements In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Is Fully Compatible With The System Currently Owned By The Ordering Party.3.7. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New And Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel.3.8.
