A pre-bid meeting is scheduled on Thursday November 20 2025, at 10:00 am., FPDU Conference Room, followed by a site visit.; Deadline for Questions and Answers: Monday November 24, 2025 AUB is requesting offers from qualified companies for the provision of Renovation of NCC Offices at Mary Dodge; service should include all materials, tools, labor and carry out all necessary works as shown in the Specifications and as per attached documents The works shall be execute within 60 calander days. The company is required to abide by the below points when presenting their offer Technical Proposal The Contractor shall submit a technical proposal including the following documents: (1) Company Profile. (2) Experience on similar projects (academic setting). (3) Proposed work plan and methodology for works and activities in line with requirements, in order to perform the timely implementation of the project. (4) Proposed environmental, health and safety measures. (5) Proposed approach to handle the challenges presented by the project. (6) Timeframe for the implementation of works.
