This Public Procurement Is Aimed At Providing Insurance Services For The Needs Of The Ia Military Clubs And Military-Retirement Business Is Divided Into Separate Items As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 - Civil Liability Insurance Of Motor Vehicles; Separate Position No. 2 – Accident Insurance Of Seats In Motor Vehicles; Separate Position No. 3 - Casco Insurance. The Term For The Performance Of The Services For Specific Items Is 12 (Twelve) Months, Starting From The Date Following The Expiration Date Of The Relevant Valid Insurance Policy For The Cars Subject To Insurance. A Complete Description Of The Needs In Terms Of Type, Quantity, Quality, Place And Term Of Execution, As Well As The Specific Requirements Related To The Subject Of The Order, Are Contained In The Attached Technical Specifications For The Individual Items, Attached In The Public Procurement Parameters Section. When Performing The Services Subject To The Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Has Provided An Option To Conclude Additional Insurances For Vehicles Acquired After The Conclusion Of The Contract By The Ia Military Clubs And Military Recreation. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Take Advantage Of The Option For The Duration Of The Contract. If There Is A Need To Use The Provided Option, The Conditions For Its Assignment Shall Be Regulated By The Conclusion Of An Additional Agreement To Amend The Contract On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. Participants May Submit Bids For One, More Or All Separate Positions. The Facilitator Concludes A Separate Contract For Each Individual Position.
