The Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of At Least Two Years And A Maximum Of Six Years. The Effective Date Of The Agreement Is March 2, 2026. Normally The Term Of A Framework Agreement Is Four Years. Deviations From This May Be Permitted Provided This Is Properly Substantiated. In This Specific Case, The Fertilization Recommendations Are Made On The Basis Of A Soil Test. The Soil Test Has A Shelf Life Of Three Years. By Opting For A Maximum Term Of Six Years, The Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Equivalent To Two Soil Surveys.
