The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of A Task Called: Construction Of A Renewable Energy Installation On The Premises Of The Gpw S.A. Branch - Staszic Pumping Station. Note: The Staszic Pumping Station Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The Silesian Voivodeship Under Number A/464/2016, Which Determines The Obligation To Make Arrangements With The Conservator Of Monuments On The Principles Set Out In The Fup And The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design, Construction And Commissioning Of A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of Up To 140 Kw, Along With Connection To The Power Grid, And Obtaining Formal And Legal Documentation Required By Applicable Law, Necessary For The Commissioning And Operation Of The Installation In Question. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Authors Supervision During Construction Works. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program. The Order Is Divided Into A Design Part And An Implementation Part, And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Regulated In Detail In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 4. If The Ordering Party, When Describing The Subject Of The Order, Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Article 101, Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Informs That In Such Cases It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, European Technical Assessment, Technical Specification, And Technical Reference System. 6. Requirements For Employment Under An Employment Contract - In Accordance With Article 95 Of The Act: The Ordering Party Requires Employment Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor Of General Construction Workers Performing The Following Activities.
