The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Construction Of The Požární Zbrojnice Uhřice Building According To The Project Documentation Prepared By Ing. By Miloslav Meixner, Csc. At The Stage Of Documentation For Construction Management (Dsp) According To § 108 And § 110 Of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., Building Act, And To The Extent Determined By Annex No. 8 Of Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., On Construction Documentation, As Amended By Decree No. 405/2017 Coll., Including All Related Structures, Connections And Paved Areas. It Is A Two-Story Brick Building With A Simple Rectangular Plan, Based On Foundation Belts With A Gable Roof. The New Building Will Replace The Existing Building, Which Currently Serves As A Technical Facility For Firefighters. The Perimeter Structures Are Designed As A Masonry System With The Etics Contact Insulation System, The Roof Structure Is Made Of Wooden Trusses With A Dark-Colored Sheet Metal Covering. The Windows And Entrance Doors Will Be Made Of Plastic Profiles With Triple Glazing, The Garage Doors Will Be Sectional Insulated. The Layout Of The Object Is As Follows: • 1St Floor: Garage For An Emergency Vehicle, Office, Changing Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, Drying Tower And Three-Chamber Septic Tank With Biological Filter, • 2Nd Floor: Common Room With Kitchen, Gym, Hygiene Facilities For Men And Women, Cleaning Room. The Building Is Designed As An Energy-Saving Object With A Hot Water Heating System Connected To A Condensing Gas Boiler. Part Of The Project Is The Installation Of A 4Kw Photovoltaic Plant For Hot Water Heating.
