The (Provisional) Scope Of This Assignment Includes: • Selecting, Implementing And Using One Or More Service Management Tools (Smts) To Replace Axxerion; • Describing And Developing An Information And Application Architecture That Fits The Various Domains (Facilities, Ict, Real Estate And Contract Management) And Existing Systems Such As Unit4, Topdesk And/Or Servicenow (For Ogd, A Standard Connection Is Preferred); • Supporting Processes In The Field Of Contract Management, Real Estate Management, Ict Notifications, Facility Management, Maintenance And Reservations; • Integrate With The Existing Infrastructure And Information Systems Within The Municipality Of Velsen, Including Microsoft 365, Ogd/Topdesk, Unit4 Erpx And Other Municipal Applications (Djuma Business System, If Applicable); • Migrate Data From The Axxerion Database (Per Specific Application); • Ensure A Clear Approach To Adoption, Training And Support, So That The Organization Can Use The New Solution(S) In A Sustainable Manner.
