The Competition Concerns Interior Construction Works Related To The Construction Of Kalajokis Main Building, Which Are Mainly Carried Out As Student Work As Part Of A Wider Investment Project. The Customer Is Looking For A Competent And Reliable Partner To Perform Interior Construction Work On An Hourly Basis. The Site May Also Include Construction-Related Work, But The Main Focus Of The Work Is On Interior Construction. The Procurement Covers The Following Areas Of Interior Construction:- Wall And Floor Leveling Work- Coating Work (Painting, Wallpapering, Tiling, Plastic Carpet, Laminate And Parquet Installation And Other Coatings Considered Interior Work)- Partition Work And Paneling- Furnishing Work (Installation Of Fixed Furniture, Listings, Finishing Works)- Other Usual Interior Construction And Finishing Construction Work Duration Of The Contract The Contract Period Starts On 1 January 2026. The Contract Period Ends At The Latest When The Project In Question Is Completed. Completion Is Estimated At The Beginning Of 2027. A More Precise End Date Will Be Agreed Separately About 2 Months Before The End Of The Contract. Note! There Is No Work On The Construction Site Between June And July.Performance And Pricing Criteria The Work Is Performed On An Hourly Basis. The Offer Must Be Given As An Hourly Price (Vat 0%). The Hourly Billing Price Must Include All Of The Following Costs:- Social Costs, Per Diems, Travel Expenses And Management Costs- Billing Costs And Overheads- Tools And Machines- Work Safety Equipment (Clothing, Protective Equipment, Ladders, Safety Harnesses, Etc.)- All Possible Additional And Overtime Compensation Due To The Provider. If The Contractor Acquires Supplies, They Can Be Charged At Cost Price + General Margin Of 5%. Bidders Eligibility Requirementsminimum Requirements:- At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Interior Construction (To Be Shown With A List Of References)- Knowledge Of Installing Fiber Cement Boards Intended For Exterior Cladding Is Required (To Be Shown With A List Of References)- Human Resources Of At Least Three Employees (The Statement Is Attached To The Offer)- The Companys Financial Situation Is Stable And Must Not Have Payment Default Notes (The Company Must Not Have Public Payment Default Notes/Tratta Notes)- Obligations According To The Customer Liability Act Have Been Fulfilled- Working Language Is Finnish- Persons Working On The Site Must Have Valtti Cards Before Starting Work Site Manager With Experience In Site Management Of Interior Construction - Subcontracting And Chaining Of Works Is Prohibited - Before Starting Work, The Company Must Have Liability Insurance Of At Least 1 Million. Selection Criteria The Selection Criteria Is The Cheapest Acceptable Offer. An Acceptable Offer Meets All Eligibility Requirements And Conditions. If The Selected Supplier Is Unable To Start Or Complete The Work Within The Time Specified By The Customer, The Customer Has The Right To Switch To Using A Third Party To Perform The Work Without A Separate Obligation To Compensate. The Contract Can Be Terminated Immediately If The Suppliers Financial Situation Deteriorates (E.G. Tratta Registration, Payment Default, Bankruptcy Filing) Or If The Supplier Violates The Procurement Contract Or Does Not Fulfill Its Obligations. Submitting Offers And Additional Information.
