The Goal Is To Create A Framework Arrangement For Several Suppliers, And The Contract Period Is Estimated To Start During The Winter / Spring Of 2026. To Support The Preparation Of The Acquisition, Two Market Dialogue Events Will Be Organized, One Of Which Is Aimed At Companies Offering Interpreting Services For Spoken Languages And The Other At Companies Offering Interpreting Services For Special Groups. The Timings Of The Events Are As Follows: Interpretation Of Spoken Languages Monday 8 December 2025 At 12-13:30 Interpreting For Special Groups Thursday 11 December 2025 At 13-14:30 Both Events Are Organized Via Teams. You Must Register For The Events By Emailing [email protected] No Later Than 3 December 2025 At 12:00. The Teams Invitation Is Sent To Those Who Have Registered. Attached To This Information Request Is A Service Description (Preliminary Draft) Regarding The Procurement And The Information Security And Data Protection Requirements Applicable To The Procurement. Bidders Interested In Procurement Are Asked To Familiarize Themselves With The Attachments Before The Dialogue Event. Regarding The Attached Documents, You Can Submit Additional Questions And/Or Comments In Advance In Writing. Additional Questions Can Be Submitted Either By E-Mail In Connection With Registration Or Via The Additional Question Function Of The Request For Information.
