The Client Intends To Commission An Experienced Service Provider Who Will Support The Client In Carrying Out Employee Surveys. The Subject Of The Commission Is, In Particular, Consulting Services In The Conception And Creation Of An Employee Survey Including The Implementation Of The Psychological Risk Analysis, The Provision Of Suitable It Systems For Implementation, The Evaluation Of The Results Including The Creation Of Result Reports As Well As The Communication Of The Results To The Target Group, For Example To The Board Of Directors, Committees And Other Groups. The Aim Of The Employee Survey Is To Obtain A Meaningful Picture Of The Mood And Opinions Of The Employees In Order To Identify The Need For Action At An Early Stage, To Identify Potential For Improvement In The Organization, Work Processes And Management Culture And To Sustainably Strengthen The Satisfaction And Loyalty Of Employees. The Results Should Serve As A Sound Basis For Decision-Making For The Board Of Directors And Managers And Be Translated Into Concrete Measures For The Further Development Of The Clinic. For This Purpose, The Contractor Must Provide Services For Planning, Conducting And Evaluating Employee Surveys In The Clinic.
