The Purpose Of The Public Service Concession Contract Is To Entrust To A Private Delegate: - The Construction Of The Works Necessary For The Deployment Of The Heating Network; - Operation, Upkeep And Maintenance, Major Upkeep And Renewal Of Network Installations - Production And Distribution Of Heat To Subscribers - Management Of Contractual Relations With Subscribers - Invoicing And Recovery Of Rates From Subscribers For The Services Provided. The Nature And Details Of The Services Granted And The Respective Obligations Of The Delegating Authority And Its Delegatee As Well As The Means Made Available To The Future Delegatee Are Specified In The Dce Documents. The Contract Will Take Effect From January 1, 2027. It Is Concluded For A Period Of Twenty-Seven Years.
