In The Event Of An Order, The Contractor (An) Must Prepare The Draft Plan In Accordance With Hoai Lph 3 With All The Technical Contributions Required For This. The Services Of Lph 1 To 3 For Tga And The Services Of Lph 1 To 4 For Building Property Planning Are Combined In The First Stage In The Event Of An Order. The Client Reserves The Right To Commission The Contractor To Continue The Planning Services - If These Have Not Already Been Provided As Part Of The Creation Of The Draft Planning - Optionally Or Gradually - In Accordance With The Specifications Of The Planning Contract.
