Miscellaneous Evaluation Or Testing Instruments – Zp.26.1.53.2025 Delivery Of A Dynamic In Vitro Digestion Model Simulating The Behavior Of Microbiota In The Human Digestive Tract For The Jan Długosz University In Częstochowa. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Dynamic In Vitro Digestion Model Simulating The Behavior Of Microbiota In The Human Digestive Tract For The Jan Długosz University In Częstochowa. 2. The Objective And Quantitative Scope And Detailed Parameters/Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In The Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Should Be Treated As Specifying The Required Minimum Level Of Requirements, Technical Parameters, Features And Functions. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Together With Components And Equipment That Is Brand New, Unused, Not Displayed, Free From Legal And Physical Defects, Without Previous Use. 5. Required Warranty Period: Minimum 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. 6. The Contractors Responsibilities Include Delivery, Delivery, Assembly And Installation, Ensuring Full Functionality Without The Need For Additional Investments On The Part Of The Ordering Party, And Conducting On-The-Job Training For The Ordering Partys Staff For The Entire Order Covered By The Procedure. Confirmation Of The Completion Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be An Acceptance Report Signed By The Parties Without Any Reservations. 7. Other Conditions In Accordance With The Swz And Annexes To The Swz. 8. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Offers In The Cases Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Contractor Offering An Equivalent Solution Is Obliged To Clearly Specify It In The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent By Attaching To The Offer, In Particular, Relevant Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law.
