Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Uninhabited Properties Where Municipal Waste Is Generated From The Włodawa Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Uninhabited Properties Where Municipal Waste Is Generated In The Włodawa Commune, Including Properties With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreation And Leisure Purposes And Properties Where Commercial Activities Are Carried Out. 2. The Subject Of The Order Excludes The Collection Of: 1) Construction Waste From Demolition, The Collection Of Which Should Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Separate Contracts Concluded By The Owner Of The Property With A Company Entered In The Register Of Regulated Activities Kept By The Mayor Of The Włodawa Commune; 2) Used Tires; 3) Arising On Public Roads. 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In A Way: 1) Ensuring The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling Of Municipal Waste, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), Taking Into Account That The Mass Of Separated Waste Exceeds The Mass Of Mixed Waste; 2) Consistent With The Applicable Resolutions Of The Włodawa Commune Council Regarding Municipal Waste Management In The Włodawa Commune; 3) In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of December 29, 2018 On The Detailed Method Of Selective Collection Of Selected Waste Fractions (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 906); 4) Ensuring That They Are Not Mixed At Source With Other Types Of Waste Collected Selectively, Divided Into: A) Segregation Residues (Mixed) - Black Container/Bag; B) Paper And Cardboard – Blue Container/Bag; C) Metals And Plastics, Including Multi-Material Packaging - Yellow Container/Bag; D) Glass, Including Glass Packaging Waste - Green Container/Bag E) Biodegradable Waste, Including Bio-Waste - Brown Container/Bag; F) Bulky Waste, Including Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment - Does Not Apply To Commercial Activities G) Textiles And Clothing - Purple Bag. 4. The Total Estimated Weight Of Waste Within The Scope Of The Basic Service Amounts To: 1,075.71 Mg, Including: - Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste - 532.55 Mg, - Segregated Municipal Waste (Including The Following Types: Paper And Cardboard, Metals And Plastics, Biodegradable Waste, Biodegradable Kitchen Waste, Glass, Glass Packaging, Other Unlisted Fractions Collected In Selective Method) – 493.90 Mg, − Bulky Waste – 24.56 Mg, − Textiles And Clothing – 24.70 Mg. 5. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Points 4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Informs That The Minimum Value Of The Service For The Basic Scope Is 60% Of The Gross Contractual Remuneration Indicated In § 4 Section 2 Pk 1) Draft Contract. 6.
