Natural Gas – Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas For Consumption Points In Uzdrowisko Rymanów S.A. – Case Number Dmc-03/25. 1) The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply (Sale And Distribution) Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E For The Needs Of Uzdrowisko Rymanów S.A. In Rymanów-Zdrój In The Period 01/01/2026 To 31/12/2026. The Estimated Planned Amount Of Gas To Be Purchased Is 9,975,800.00 Kwh. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz Together With The Annexes. The Appendix Contains Data On Collection Points Of Current Tariff Groups, Contracted Power And Forecasted Consumption. 2) The Data Indicated In Annex 1 To The Swz Constitute A Forecast Of Gas Consumption And Are Used Only To Compare The Submitted Offers, But In No Case Do They Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Gas In The Quantities Indicated In The Annex. 3) During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Supply Gaseous Fuel In An Amount Corresponding To The Actual Demand Of The Ordering Party, Regardless Of The Estimated Consumption Forecast. In Annex No. 1.1 To The Opz, The Ordering Party Has Summarized The Planned, Estimated Gas Consumption In Individual Months Of 2026, Broken Down Into Individual Gas Consumption Points. 4) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Quality Parameters Of Gas Fuel, Quality Standards Of The Ordering Partys Service And The Method Of Handling Complaints In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of Energy Law, In Particular Chapter 8 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 1158, As Amended) 5) Delivery Of Fuel Gas Distribution Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Declaration Of Gas Distribution Services, In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 1997. Z O.O. 8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep The Ordering Party Informed About The Contractual Capacity Performed.
