The Services Will Be Provided By Using Active Sim Cards Provided By The Contractor (While Maintaining The Ordering Partys Existing Voice Numbering) With Voice, Date And Web Browser Tariffs. The Service Is To Provide, Among Others: Voice Communication (Outgoing And Incoming Calls), Text (Sms), Multimedia (Mms), Roaming Outside The Country And Access To Internet Resources. 3. The Ordering Party Envisages Transferring Individual Numbers To The New Contractor After The Termination Of The Existing Contracts And The Expiry Of The Obligations Arising Therefrom. In The Event Of A Change From The Current Operator, The Contractor Will Provide, At Its Own Expense, A Person/Persons To Replace All The Ordering Partys Sim Cards With Sim Cards Of The New Contractor Selected In The Procedure. 4. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Swz And Will Be Included As An Annex To The Public Procurement Contract. 6. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. 7.
