Advertising Services Campaign - Conducting Promotional Activities Regarding Development Programs, I.E. Incubation And Acceleration Programs, Implemented As Part Of The Entrepreneurial Małopolska (2) Project. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out Promotional Activities Regarding Development Programs, I.E. Incubation And Acceleration Programs, Implemented As Part Of The Entrepreneurial Małopolska Project. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) Is Included In Annex No. 1D To The Swz. 3. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 4. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer The Economic Copyrights/Licenses To The Works Created As Part Of The Order To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Template. 5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract, Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 §1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended). 6. The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Entrepreneurial Małopolska, Co-Financed By The European Union (European Regional Development Fund) Under The European Funds Program For Małopolska For 2021-2027. 7.
