Tenders are invited for Firefighting Equipment Maintenance. Each Application should Accompany a Non-Refundable Registration Fee of Rs. 1000.00 and a Contractors Fee of Rs. 5000.00, if by a Cheque, Payable in favour of "Secretary, Madurawala Pradeshiya Sabha", or if by money order, it should be drawn in favour of Post Office, Anguruwathota. Condition Should have been Registered with the Government as a Business. (A Certified Copy of the Business Registration Certificate should be Submitted.) If VAT Registered, a Certified Copy of the VAT Certificate and a Copy of the Recently Obtained VAT Clearance Certificate must be Submitted. Registration of Vehicle Maintenance Services and Contractors is Done Based on the Recommendation of the Relevant Engineer. Quotations will be Invited from Registered Suppliers and the Sabha Reserves the Right to Obtain Goods and Services Other than Registered Suppliers on an Occasional Basis. The Sabha Reserves the Right to Select Suppliers as Required for the Provision of Various Goods and Services. The Registration of Applicants Who Fail to Submit Their Quotations in Accordance with the Accepted Prices and Standards after being Notified will be Cancelled. In the Case of Contractors, the Relevant Registration Number, Contract Record Book and a Copy of the Valid Registration Certificate of the Relevant Institution should be Submitted with the Application.
