Your response to this RFP should include the following at a minimum: PRICE: The prices should be quoted Excluding VAT, and shall include all costs incurred to supply, deliver, install, configure etc, Delivery time: The delivery should be completed as agreed in the Service Agreement. Payment terms: after 30 days of providing the requested tasks and the receipt of invoice as will be described in the signed Service Agreement. Validity of offer: Your quotation(s) should be valid for at least a period of (90) days from the date of receipt for quotation(s)/proposal.
