The Activities That Will Be Carried Out During The Period Of The Framework Agreement And The Minimum Performance Parameters Are Described At The Level Of The Specification And Consist Of Disinsection, Disinfection And Deratization Services Within The Public Institutions Within The Territorial Administrative Radius Of Sector 4. The Modification Of The Framework Agreement/Public Procurement Contract, During Its Validity Period, May Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Provided For In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 And The Provisions Of Anap Instruction No. 1/2021. Given That The Award Documentation Contains A Minimum Set Of Specific Information Regarding Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement, As Well As Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Among Those To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement, We Emphasize That These Minimum And Maximum Quantities That The Contracting Authority Establishes Initially In The Award Documentation And Subsequently In The Framework Agreement Represent Estimates Of Quantities That Could Be Requested For The Duration Of The Entire Framework Agreement And Not The Exact Quantities That Will Be Purchased, The Latter May Be Smaller, Equal, Or Larger Compared To The Estimated Ones, Depending On The Real Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Promisor-Acquirer Reserves The Right/Option To Supplement The Quantity Estimated At The Level Of The Award Documentation By Up To A Maximum Of 50% Of The Maximum Quantity For The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract, For Each Category Of Services Separately.
