Kindergarten At Sem . Descriptionnotodden Municipality (Org. No. 938 583 986) Will Convert Heddal Secondary School Into Sem Primary School. The Work Will Be Carried Out As A Turnkey Project. The Existing Building Is A Two-Storey School Building, With A Technical Room On The 3Rd Floor. The Existing Gross Area Is Approx. 4000M2. The Existing School Consists Of 3 Parts. Building A Contains Classrooms For Food And Health, Building B Contains, Among Other Things, A Gymnasium With Changing Rooms And A Room For The Caretaker, And Building C Which Contains Classrooms And Staff Rooms. The Vestibule Links The Three Parts Together, And Contains An Amphitheater With A Library. It Will Be Built To Approx. 1850 M2 Gross Area. The Areas Are Distributed In Three Places. Annex B Is Being Built In The Gymnasium (Building B) And Is A Stage That Will Ensure That The School Can Gather All Students. Extension C, Is Being Built On The 1St Floor Outside Classrooms In Part C To Make The Rooms Easier To Access. Above The 1St Floor, A Covered Hallway Will Be Established To Provide Step-Free Access To The Rooms On The 2Nd Floor. Extension D, Is Placed At The End Of Building C, And Contains Classrooms, Work Rooms For Teachers And Administration, Changing Rooms And Technical Rooms. Areas To Be Rebuilt Are Approx. 675M2, And Are Marked On Floor Plans. Converted Areas Are Distributed In Different Places, With The Largest Part Being The Conversion Of Existing Work Rooms For Teachers And Administration In Building C Into Student Rooms. Work Will Also Be Carried Out In Several Places In Existing Buildings. This Includes Improvement Of Surfaces In The Gymnasium, New Thatching On The Ceiling Above The Gymnasium And New Light Fittings In All Rooms. The Survey Is Not Exhaustive External Works The Overall Contract Also Includes External Works In Terms Of Outdoor Plan. This Includes Temporary Parking For Students Who Are Driven To School In Rogneståvegen, Improved Access For Fire Trucks From Semsvegen To The School Area At Building B, And Improvement Of The Outdoor Area At The School. The Outdoor Area Must, Among Other Things, Contain A Football Pitch/Ball Pit, Play Equipment, Sandpit, Parking Spaces And Bicycle Racks, Waste Shed Etc. Options Notodden Municipality Will Ask For A Price For Some Works That It Has Not Been Decided Upon Sending Out Tenders About Whether To Enter Into A Contract With A Contractor. Offers Are Given As Options To Notodden Municipality. Work Offered For: Option A Universally Designed Footpath And Cycle Path Option B Extension Of Bus Stop Option C Extension Of Parking And Bicycle Parking Option D Fence Around The School Option E Noise Screen Option F Solar Shading Option G Playhouse The Price Offered For The Option Must Also Include All Common Costs Related To The Works Included In The Option, Including Rigging, Operation, Administration And Planning. After Selecting A General Contractor, Notodden Municipality Will Choose Which Options Will Be Triggered. Progress Contract Signing Is Planned For The End Of January 2026. The General Contractor Can Start Its Planning, Engineering And Rigging Immediately After Signing The Contract. The Youth School Will Be In Operation Until The End Of The 2025/26 School Year. In The First Half Of 2026, The General Contractor Will Therefore Only Have Access To The Area Relating To Extension D, And The External Area Between Rogneståvegen And The School Grounds Outside Extension D. The General Contractor Will Have Access To The Remaining Building And External Areas After The School Has Ended. It Is Assumed That Access Will Be Granted At The Beginning Of July 2026. The Nursery School Will Be Put Into Operation In The Autumn Of 2027. In Order For The School To Move In, Extension D Must Be Handed Over At The End Of April/May 2027, While All Other Works Must Be Handed Over In Mid-June 2027.
