Refuse And Waste Related Services – Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Residing In The Żagań Commune With Urban Status And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Management Of Unsegregated (Mixed Municipal Waste) And Segregated Municipal Waste From Real Estate Residing In The Żagań Commune With Urban Status And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In A Municipal Installation Or Waste Recovery And Neutralization Installation. The Contractor Will Execute The Order In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law, In Particular: The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 399). The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage The Following Municipal Waste Fractions With Codes: 20 03 01 - Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, 15 01 01 - Paper And Cardboard Packaging, 15 01 01 - Paper And Cardboard Packaging (Contaminated), 15 01 07 - Glass Packaging, 15 01 07 - Glass Packaging Glass (Contaminated), 15 01 02 - Plastic Packaging, 15 01 02 - Plastic Packaging (Contaminated), 20 01 10 - Clothing, 20 01 11 - Textiles, 20 01 40 - Metals, 20 02 01 - Biodegradable Waste, 20 02 01 - Biodegradable Waste (Contaminated), 20 03 07 - Bulky Waste, 16 01 03 - Used Tires, 17 01 01 - Concrete Waste And Concrete Rubble From Demolitions And Renovations, 17 01 02 - Brick Rubble 17 01 07 - Mixed Waste From Concrete, Brick Rubble, Waste Ceramic Materials And Equipment Elements Other Than Those Mentioned In 17 01 06, 17 09 04 - Mixed Waste From Construction, Renovation And Dismantling Other Than Those Mentioned In 17 09 01, 17 09 02 And 17 09 03. Municipal Waste For The Purpose Of Its Management Will Be Transferred Successively In Quantities Depending On The Amount Of Waste Generated In The City Of Żagań And Collected By An Entity Providing The Service Of Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste From The Żagań Commune With Urban Status. Waste Subject To The Obligation To Be Disposed Of In A Municipal Installation May Only Be Disposed Of In A Municipal Installation. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Ensure The Execution Of The Order In The Scope Of Management Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste Using A Municipal Installation For Processing Waste Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Indicated On The List Referred To In Art. 38B Section 1 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). If The Municipal Installation Operated By The Contractor And Indicated In The Offer Will Not Be Able To Accept Waste During The Implementation Of This Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Another Municipal Installation That Will Accept Municipal Waste At The Expense Of The Contractor Within The Same Period As Its Delivery To The Contractor. In This Situation, If It Is Necessary To Transport Municipal Waste To Another Installation At A Distance From The Żagań Commune With Urban Status Greater Than The Distance Of The Contractors Installation,
