Engineering-Related Scientific And Technical Services – Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders For Prior Study Missions, Technical Assistance And Work Controls Of Visible Sanitation Works. The Missions To Be Carried Out Fall Within The Scope Of Preliminary Studies, Diagnostics, Analyses, Tests And Controls Necessary For The Construction Or Rehabilitation Of Sanitation Works, With In Particular The Tests And Controls Intended To Verify The Quality Of The Work Carried Out And To Validate Their Acceptance. These Services Are Not Applicable To The Rehabilitation Work Itself, Nor To Effluent Diversion Operations Which Are The Subject Of A Specific Contract, Including In The Phasing, The Operations Relating To This Contract.
