The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Welding Simulator For Four Trainees (4 Stations), Including Three Stations For Manual Welding And One Station For Robotic And Manual Welding, To The Ordering Partys Headquarters In The Following Location: Centrum Spawalnictwa, 44-100 Gliwice, Ul. Błogosławowany Czesława 16-18. The Device Is Intended For Virtual Welding Training With Augmented Reality. It Allows You To Simulate The Welding Process In Augmented Reality.4.6. The Offered Subject Of The Order Should Be: 1/ Brand New - Year Of Production 2025, Without Signs Of Use And Should Be Complete And Of Full Value; 2/ Should Meet The Quality Requirements And Properties Specified By The Ordering Party And The Manufacturer Of The Given Product; 3/ Should Meet The Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters And Cannot Be Technically And Qualitatively Worse Than Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - The Parameters Must Be At The Level (Equivalent) Or Better Than Those Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Their Use Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Technical/Functional Solutions Provided For In The Described Parameters Of The Equipment, Devices And Equipment. 4/ Should Guarantee Functionality And Reliability Of Use Within The Scope Of Its Intended Use;5/ The Delivered Subject Of The Order Should Have: Ce Declarations Of Conformity (Marking Placed On The Product, Proving That The Marked Product Meets The Requirements Of The Eu Directive), Certificates/Approvals Allowing For Use.4.7. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged, On Its Own And Within The Price Of The Agreement, To: 1/ Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Content Of The Swz. 2/ Unloading The Subject Of The Order; 3/ Bringing It In And Placing It In The Indicated Place; 4/ Assembly, Installation And Commissioning As Well As Device Setting - Adaptation To The Existing Infrastructure; 5/ Conducting Training/Instruction For Min. 5 Employees (Simulator Users) Immediately After Starting The Station, For Not Less Than 10 Hours, In Polish, In The Operation And Maintenance Of Devices, Enabling Efficient And Independent Operation, By The Contractors Training Staff. 6/ Liability For Damage To Third Parties Resulting From The Performance Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. 7/ Ensuring Proper Order, Order, Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations At The Assembly Site Of The Subject Of The Order Within The Limits Provided By The Ordering Party. 8/ Having, Throughout The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Agreement, Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Delivery, Also Covering, Up To The Amount Of The Guarantee Sum Not Less Than Pln 300,000.00 Or Below The Limit, Civil Liability For Damages Related To The Introduction
