The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Comprehensive Supply And Transmission Services Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E From The Lng Regasification Station For The Public School Complex In Borów. 2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: A) Place Of Delivery And Collection Of Gas Fuel: Public School Complex In Borowo, Ul. Wrocławska 24, 57-160 Borów.B) The Fuel Will Be Used At One Consumption Point To Heat The Rooms Located In The Building Of The Public School Complex In Borów And To Prepare Domestic Hot Water, The Generated Heat Will Be Used Only For The Needs Of The School.C) The Fuel Will Be Supplied From The Lng Regasification Station Located On Plot No. 102/5, Brzezica District, Commune. Borów. Filling The Station And Delivering Fuel On The Terms And Conditions Of The System Operator. D) Gas Receiver Type: Two Gas Central Heating/Hot Water Boilers. With A Power Of 240 Kw Each, Gas Stools With A Total Power Of 28 Kw (2 X 14 Kw), Gas Stove With A Power Of 37 Kw. E) Type Of Gas Fuel: High-Methane Natural Gas According To The Standard: Pn-C 04750, Symbol E. F) Forecasted Gas Consumption During The Duration Of The Contract Is 505,000 Kwh (45,000 M3). For The Purposes Of Preparing The Offer, The Estimated Demand Is Set At 560,000 Kwh.G) Estimated Demand For Gas Fuel Determined On The Basis Of Planned Gas Consumption. H) The Estimated Demand Is Used Only For Comparison Of Offers And In No Case Does It Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Gas In The Given Quantity. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Gas Fuel By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract.
