The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Renovation Works In The Historic Barracks Building, The So-Called Old Laundry Entered Into The Municipal Register Of Monuments. Stage I Of The Investment Implementation Includes, Among Others: Preparatory, Cleaning, Construction, Insulation, Renovation, Conservation And Renovation Works. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Restore The Functional And Aesthetic Values Of The Facility And To Protect Its Structure Against Further Degradation. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Renovation Works Based On The Attached Technical And Mycological Assessment And In Accordance With The Conservation And Restoration Work Program. The Scope Of Works Includes Both Outside And Inside The Building, Including Reconstruction Of The Roof Structure, Renovation Of Walls And Foundations, Replacement Of Joinery, Insulation And Drainage, Renovation Of Floors As Well As Cleaning Works And Renovation Of Fencing. The Scope Of The First Stage Of The Investment Implementation, Which Is The Subject Of The Order, Which Includes In Particular The Execution Of: 1. Preparatory Works Mainly Consist In The Full Organization Of The Construction Site, Including Fencing, Security And Marking For The Duration Of Construction. 2. Tidying Up The Area By Removing Bushes Around The Facility That Have Grown Wild, Making Access To The Building Difficult, And Making The Necessary Felling Of Trees And Correction Of Tree Crowns. The Partially Rubbled Wall Constituting The Former Coal Warehouse Should Also Be Removed, Along With The Removal Of Materials Generated During The Cleaning Of The Area. 3. Inside The Laundry Building, The Damp And Moldy Plasters Should Be Removed And The Partition Walls Should Be Removed, Which Are A Product Of The 1980S And Were Created To Separate Mainly Toilets, And Currently Do Not Meet Applicable Regulations. Floors That Are Uneven, Wrinkled And Damp Also Require Chipping. As Part Of The First Stage Of The Renovation, Sand Bedding Is To Be Made And The So-Called Chudziak Will Be Poured, Creating A Basis For Future Layers Of Insulation And Flooring. All Sanitary And Electrical Installations In The Building, Which Are Outdated And Have Not Been Used For A Long Time, Should Be Dismantled. Cleaning Works Will Consist In Removing All Materials From Demolition And Dismantling, And After The Demolition Works, The Building And Its Immediate Surroundings Should Be Cleaned Up, Including The Remains Of The Building, Such As Desks, Cabinets, Etc., And The Rooms Of The Former Boiler Room.4. Renovation Of The Roof Consisting Of Dismantling Chimneys, Roofing Felt And Formwork. Then, The Chimneys Should Be Built/Rebuilt Above The Roof Using Bricks From Demolition. In Order To Renovate The Roof Structure, All Damaged Elements Of The Roof Structure Must Be Replaced, Including The Construction Of A Wooden Roof Truss Made Of Pressure-Impregnated Wood, Full Boarding And Covering With 2X Roofing Felt On Adhesive.
