The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Renovation Works Based On The Attached Technical And Mycological Assessment And In Accordance With The Conservation And Restoration Work Program. The Scope Of Works Includes Both Outside And Inside The Building, Including Reconstruction Of The Roof Structure, Renovation Of Walls And Foundations, Replacement Of Joinery, Insulation And Drainage, Renovation Of Floors As Well As Cleaning Works And Renovation Of Fencing. The Scope Of The First Stage Of The Investment Implementation, Which Is The Subject Of The Order, Which Includes In Particular The Execution Of: 1. Preparatory Works Mainly Consist In The Full Organization Of The Construction Site, Including Fencing, Security And Marking For The Duration Of Construction. 2. Tidying Up The Area By Removing Bushes Around The Facility That Have Grown Wild, Making Access To The Building Difficult, And Making The Necessary Felling Of Trees And Correction Of Tree Crowns.
