1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Works For The Investment Titled: Renovation Of The Municipal, Public Road No. 109902R At Km 0+006÷2+195 And 2+200÷3+016 In The Town Of Markowa 2. Location Of The Task: Markowa Town, Markowa Commune, Podkarpackie Voivodeship:3. The Order Includes Road Works In The Scope Of Renovation Of Road No. 109902R At Km 0+006÷2+195 And 2+200÷3+016 In Markowa And, Among Others, Replacement Of Barriers, Construction Of A New Surface Of The Bridge Structure.4. The Scope Of The Task Includes, Among Others: The Following Works: - Making A River Bed For Structural Layers, - Making Construction Layers, - Corrective Milling Of The Surface, - Making Surface Layers, - Making A Leveling Layer (Profile), - Forming Roadsides, - Desilting Roadside Ditches, - Replacing A Culvert Along The Road, - Works On The Bridge Structure Include, Among Others: Replacement Of Barriers, Construction Of A New Asphalt Surface.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Material Scope Of Construction Works To Be Performed Is: 1) Bill Of Quantities For The Task Renovation Of The Municipal, Public Road No. 109902R At Km 0+006÷2+195 And 2+200÷3+016 In The Town Of Markowa - Annex No. 8 To The Swz. In Addition To The Scope Of Work Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And Stwior Which Are Annex No. 8 To The Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform And Include In The Offer Price The Following Activities: 1) Maintain The Construction Site In Proper Condition And Remove Waste, Etc., 2) Remove All Dirt Or Damage To The Roads Resulting From The Performance Of The Works, 3) Restore The Construction Site, Adjacent Areas Or Other Areas, In Particular The Roads, To A Condition No Worse Than The One Existing On The Day Of Their Takeover And Repair Any Damage Caused In These Areas Caused By The Implementation Of The Works, 4) The Entire Scope Of Works Should Be Carried Out By The Contractor Based On Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Provisions Of The Construction Law. 5) Construction Works Should Be Performed With Particular Care, In Accordance With The Bills Of Quantities, Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Applicable Technical Conditions, Construction Practice, Technology, Relevant Construction Standards And The Ordering Partys Recommendations. 6.
