The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Early Fire Detection System And A Permanent Gas Extinguishing System In Four Rooms With Electrical Switchboards For Multimedia Operation At The Permanent Exhibition. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Permanent Gas Fire Extinguishing Devices And Early Fire Detection Systems For Selected (Four) Separate Rooms In The Building Of The Museum Of The History Of Polish Jews In Warsaw Based On The Executive Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party (Appendix No. 1 To Swz). The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Purchase And Delivering All Necessary Devices, Components, Consumable And Assembly Parts And Configuration (Control) Files To The Building And Uploading Them To The Devices, Carrying Out Assembly And Other Adaptation Works, Integrating Newly Made Devices With The Existing Fire Protection Systems In The Building. Including The Sap Headquarters, Carrying Out Trial Tests For Each Manufactured Device As Well As Tests And Examinations Confirming Their Correct Operation, Confirmed By A Protocol, Providing The Ordering Party With As-Built Documentation, Including, Among Others: Agreed As-Built Designs, Technical And Operational Documentation And Other Documentation Related To The Operation Of The Delivered Devices, Copies Of Configuration Files Responsible For Controlling The Installed Devices And For Integrating New Devices With Other Fire Protection Devices. In The Building To The Extent Required To Ensure Their Proper Operation, Operation And Effectiveness As A Fire Protection Device. After Putting Into Operation All Devices Constituting The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will, No Later Than Within 7 Days, Train The Staff Designated By The Ordering Party, Not Exceeding 10 People, In Their Operation. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Carry Out One Annual Inspection Of Each Device Made In Each Year Of Its Validity, Confirmed By A Protocol, Which The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party No Later Than 7 Days After The End Of The Inspection. Method And Place Of Execution Of The Order 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Design Documentation And The Draft Contract.2) The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented In An Active Facility, Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Minimizes Factors Disturbing The Work Of The Ordering Party.3) The Contractor Will Carry Out The Necessary Inspections Of The Rooms In The Building To Which The Subject Of The Order Relates, As Well As Other Rooms Or Parts Of The Building Functionally Related To Them Or Important For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order.4) The Contractor Will Conduct Working Arrangements And Consultations With The Ordering Partys Representatives At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, In Particular Regarding The Schedule And Current Works Planned To Be Performed, Including The D
