The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services For The Wieliczka Commune In 2026 In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Scope Of, Among Others: Collection, Movement And Delivery Of Letter Items, Postal Parcels, Courier Items, Money Orders And Returns Of Undelivered Items. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Types Of Items And Services In The Estimated Quantity As Below: ▪ Ordinary Economic Letters - 3,030 Pcs.,▪ Ordinary Priority Letters – 1,050 Pcs.,▪ Registered Economic Letters – 45,400 Pcs.,▪ Priority Registered Letters – 1,130 Pcs.,▪ Electronic Confirmation Of Receipt /Epo/ - 45,000 Pcs.,▪ Return Confirmation Of Receipt /Zpo/ - 300 Pcs.,▪ Unaddressed Forms – 4,000 Pcs., ▪ Return Service Of Registered Shipment To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In Domestic Trade - 6,715 Pcs.2. Under The Option Law, The Ordering Party Envisages Extending The Subject Of The Order To Include Additional Postal Services Corresponding To The Type Of Postal Services That Are The Subject Of The Basic Order, I.E. In The Scope Of, Among Others: Collection, Transportation And Delivery Of Letter Items, Postal Parcels, Courier Items, Money Orders And Returns Of Undelivered Items. The Maximum Value Of The Option Will Be Pln 167,272.00 Net Of Vat. 2.1) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right (In Whole Or In Part) If The Ordering Party Determines The Need To Use Additional Postal Services, Including: Collection, Transportation And Delivery Of Letter Items, Postal Parcels, Courier Items, Money Orders And Returns Of Undelivered Items. 2.2) In Order To Activate The Option Right, The Ordering Party Will Submit To The Contractor A Written Declaration Regarding The Exercise Of The Option Right To A Specified Extent. The Declaration Will Include The Size Of The Option (Number, Type Of Shipments And Services), The Value Of The Option (Calculated On The Basis Of The Unit Prices Offered By The Contractor In The Price Form Submitted With The Offer, Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz), Confirmation Of Financial Resources To Complete The Order And Will Constitute An Annex To The Contract. 2.3) The Option Right Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Is Not Obliged To Use, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.
